Birds Eye View at EIFF 2012
Birds Eye View returns to Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2012 with two important and popular networking events; Pitch & Connect, and Early Doors… Networking Drinks.
For those of you lucky enough to be an EIFF Passholder, be sure not to miss the fantastic opportunity to have your 15 minute one-to-one meeting with top UK film commissioners, to pitch an idea or discuss the next step of your career. Female delegates are especially encouraged to subscribe for the meetings.
Confirmed commissioners so far are Tracy Brimm (Producer, Forward Films), Anna Seifert-Speck (Senior Talent Executive (Central), Creative England), Wendy Bevan-Mogg (Talent Manager (National), Creative England. Places are limited so don’t delay booking a place! Simply sign up at the Registration Desk in the Delegate Centre or email industryevents@edfilmfest.org.uk.
And if you don’t manage to get a place at Pitch & Connect, fear not! CreativeScotland, Birds Eye View and Women in Film and Television are teaming up to invite you to end your day (or start your evening) with a drink and a chat with other Festival delegates and filmmakers. Early Doors… Networking Drinks is a great opportunity to mingle and to chat more informally with the people making things happen in the film industry today.
